Terminology

“OVMC” refers to the Opus Vitae Master Class website and all course content.

“Opus Vitae, LLC” refers to the Oregon business entity that operates the Opus Vitae Master Class website and its educational content.

“Participant” refers to any individual who has been accepted into the Opus Vitae Master Class, who has truthfully completed the online application form and whose advance payment of the program has been successfully processed and accepted.

Conditions of Use

Participants agree to the following conditions:

  • The OVMC website, materials and lectures are for the exclusive use of the participant.
  • Participants may not share or transfer their OVMC license to anyone or any organization.
  • Participants may not share or copy the OVMC lectures or any part thereof (video, audio, lecture transcription).
  • Participants may not share or copy any of the OVMC supplemental materials or any part thereof, with anyone or any organization.
  • The State of Oregon and its laws shall govern the legal relationship between participant and Opus Vitae LLC.  Any disputes between the participant and Opus Vitae, LLC, will be mediated or litigated in the courts of the State of Oregon.

The Opus Vitae Master Class Is US Copyright protected. US Copyright 1-9590837721. Violation of items 1, 2, 3 or 4 above are punishable by law and nullify the OVMC guarantee.

Program Access

Upon purchase and acceptance into the program, the participant will be given access to the student portal of the Opus Vitae Master Class (OVMC) website for a period of six (6) months from the date of program acceptance. During that period, the participant may access the lectures and support materials provided by Opus Vitae, LLC.

Upon acceptance into the program, all participants will be given access to the OVMC

Introductory Video, OVMC Module 1 Videos and OVMC supplemental materials for Module 1.

Participants must complete and submit all work assignments that were assigned in Module 1 before being granted access to Module 2.  All assignments from Module 1 must be submitted in the appropriate manner in the student portal on the OVMC website.  Module 1 is not considered completed until the participant has watched all lectures and has submitted all assignments from Module 1.

ARE RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THAT THIS DOCUMENT REMAINS PRIVATE AND IS NOT TO BE SHARED WITH ANYONE.

Upon completion and submission of all work assignments from Module 1, participants will be granted access to Module 2 Videos and OVMC supplemental materials for Module 2.  All assignments from Module 2 must be submitted in the appropriate manner in the student portal on the OVMC website.  Module 2 is not considered completed until the participant has watched all lectures and has submitted all assignments from Module 2.

Upon completion and submission of all work assignments from Module 2, participants will be granted access to Module 3 Videos and OVMC supplemental materials for Module 3.  All assignments from Module 3 must be submitted in the appropriate manner in the student portal on the OVMC website.  Module 3 is not considered completed until the participant has watched all lectures and has submitted all assignments from Module 3.

Completion (as described above) of Modules 1, 2 and 3 signify completion of the Opus Vitae Master Class.  After completion of the Opus Vitae Master Class, participants may access all materials and all lectures until the initial six (6) month access period expires.

After the initial six (6) month access period has expired, participants may continue to access all lectures and all materials by opting into any of the lower cost Alumni programs offered by Opus Vitae, LLC.

Guarantee

The OVMC guarantee states the following:

“If after completion of this course, you feel that you have not acquired a competitive advantage in the job search marketplace, you may apply for a full refund of your tuition. Registration and Administrative Fees will not be refunded. Applications for a tuition refund must be made within forty-five days from the date you registered for the course.

Completion of the course means that you have watched all of the lectures from all of the modules; attended at least one Q&A session per module; and submitted all of the homework, completed in good faith, from all modules.

To request a tuition refund, send an email explaining your reasons for the request. The email must be sent from the email address associated with your Opus Vitae Master Class registration. We will then confirm that the request is from you, then review your case. If you have met the criteria outlined in the two paragraphs above, and if you have not violated any of the terms of the agreement you executed during course registration, you will be so notified, and your refund will be made. Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the credit card we have on file.”

To be eligible for a tuition refund under the OVMC guarantee, the participant must complete the course, and all assignments must be completed in good faith and submitted in the manner described in this agreement.  Applications for a tuition refund must be made within forty-five (45) days from the date of acceptance into the program.

The guarantee will be considered void if any of the conditions of use are violated.
